- Architectural Services: 2D/3D mapping, structural drawings, and VR-based home tours.
- Franchise Ecosystem: A proprietary business model for authorized partners to generate sales while the Company handles execution.
3. User & Partner Obligations
- For Clients: You agree to provide accurate site details and ensure timely payments based on construction milestones (e.g., Plinth Level, Roof Casting) to ensure project continuity.
- For Franchise Partners: You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor. You must strictly adhere to the "Sales Yours, Execution Ours" model and use the CRM & Anuda HRM tools solely for business purposes. You are responsible for obtaining necessary RERA registrations where applicable.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use our website or services for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement of our designs or unauthorized data mining.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
- Construction Projects: All payments are milestone-based. Refunds are subject to the specific clauses mentioned in your signed Construction Agreement.
- Franchise Fees: The Franchise Fee is non-refundable as it covers brand rights and setup costs. The Security Deposit is refundable only upon successful exit and clearance of all dues (staff salaries/vendor payments).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including the "Anuda" trademark, logos, 3D elevation designs, VR content, and software interfaces (CRM/HRM), is the exclusive intellectual property of Anuda Realty Pvt. Ltd.. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Execution Quality: The Company accepts full responsibility for the structural quality and material standards of projects executed by us.
- Third-Party Actions: The Company is not liable for any unauthorized promises, financial commitments, or misrepresentations made by Franchise Partners that deviate from our official price list or agreements.
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
